Speak to your doctor before using if you are currently taking other medications, especially:

• Medicines for high cholesterol, e.g. cholestyramine
• Anti-sickness medicines, e.g. metoclopramide or domperidone
• Blood thinners/anticoagulants, e.g. warfarin or other coumarins
• Barbiturates, used for epilepsy or sleep, e.g. phenobarbitone
• Tricyclic antidepressants, e.g. imipramine or amitriptyline
• Medicines for heart or circulatory problems, or to lower blood pressure, e.g. digoxin, guanethidine, reserpine, or methyldopa
• Aspirin and other NSAIDs, e.g. ibuprofen or naproxen
• Migraine medicines, e.g. ergotamine or methysergide
• Zidovudine, as this may cause issues such as low white blood cell count
• Beta-blockers, e.g. atenolol, or vasodilators, e.g. hydralazine
• Phenothiazines used as sedatives, e.g. chlorpromazine, periciazine, fluphenazine
• Other cold and flu medicines
• Other medicines containing paracetamol

This product can cause drowsiness or dizziness. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected.

Avoid alcohol while using this product or any decongestants, as it can increase drowsiness.

Do not take if you have any of the following conditions:

• Serious heart condition
• High blood pressure
• Diabetes
• Overactive thyroid
• Glaucoma, including closed-angle glaucoma
• Enlarged prostate
• Difficulty passing urine

Speak to your doctor before using this product if you have:

• Liver or kidney problems, including alcoholic liver disease
• Pheochromocytoma (adrenal gland tumour)
• Bad cough or asthma
• A fever, rash, or headache that won’t go away
• Circulatory disorders, e.g. Raynaud’s Phenomenon
• Angina
• Stomach or intestinal problems
• Phenylketonuria (a rare, inherited metabolic disorder)

Possible side effects (stop use and consult your doctor if you experience any):

• Severe allergic reactions (skin rash, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, swelling of lips, tongue, throat, or face)
• Stomach upsets
• Tingling or coolness of the skin
• Faster or slower heartbeat
• Difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
• Nervousness, tremors, convulsions
• Rise in body temperature
• Rise in blood pressure with headache, sickness, and irregular heartbeat
• Increased risk of bleeding, bruising, fever, and infections

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.

Do not use if the expiry date has passed.
