Our team are continuing to work hard to ensure you can get your medication and essentials when you need them.

After your order is clinically reviewed and approved, we send your order out with Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature. For patients in Northern Ireland and offshore, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Unfortunately, our carriers sometimes experience delays that are beyond their control, but we will do our best to work with them to locate your parcel and provide you with further information.

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
