If your complaint is concerning a pharmacy-related incident it must be sent in writing by email or post – we cannot log these by phone. Once it has been received our team will look into this promptly. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within three working days of receiving them and to respond to all complaints within five working days acknowledgement. In some cases we may need to conduct an investigation, in these cases we may take longer to respond but will ensure that we keep you updated.
