How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your Pharmacy Prime Account. To read more on the status of your order, please read our delivery policy.

I can’t see the product I want?

If you cant see the product you are looking for contact us and we can source it for you. We are adding new products every day, it maybe that we just haven't got to it yet.

How can I amend an existing order?

If you would like to amend or cancel your order please contact our Customer Care team in the first instance via out Contact Us page. Please note; sadly we are unable to add any additional items to your order once it has been placed, or change delivery method or address once an order is placed. 

Faulty Item Returns

We're very sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Our procedure requires that you contact us so that we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label. Once we hear from you, we will give you full instructions on how to return the item to us and anything else that is necessary for us to process a return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We aim to process your refund within 3-5 days of receiving the item(s), however it can take up to 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method. To read more, please visit our full returns policy.
