Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy Relief is a medical device recommended for use in adults and children aged 3 years & up.

On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.

For easy breathing and to moisturise the nasal lining:

  • Keep the head straight and gently put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
  • For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities, gently put the nozzle in the upper nostril, keeping the head tilted to one side. Dispense a prolonged spray.
  • Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
  • After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry it.

Use 2 to 6 times a day for as long as needed or as long as your doctor recommends.

  • Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.
  • Age Restriction.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product.
  • Adults and children over 12 years: One spray into each nostril 2-3 times a day, as required.
  • Children under 12 years: Not recommended.

If you forget to use a dose, use it as soon as you remember unless it is time for your next dose.

  • Do not use two doses at the same time.
  • Do not use continuously for more than 7 days.
