  • Use 2 to 6 times a day.
  • Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
  • Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
  • Press briefly without tilting your head backward or sniffing.
  • Blow your nose.
  • Repeat in the other nostril.
  • Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse, and dry.

Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
