Gently shake the bottle before use. Remove the cap and prime the pump by pressing it a few times until a fine spray is released.

Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Spray the saline solution into the nostril while breathing in gently through the nose.

Repeat for the other nostril. Use as often as needed, especially in dry or dusty environments.

Suitable for adults and children above 1 year of age.

  • For nasal use only. Do not swallow.
  • Do not share the nasal spray with others to prevent the spread of germs.
  • If you experience irritation or any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Consult a doctor before use if you have any medical conditions or are on medication.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not use it if the seal is broken.
