After hair is wet, pour a small amount into hands and work into hair, creating a lather. Let sit for 2-5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

For an increased effect, follow use with Plantur 39 Colour Conditioner Silver.

Competitive athletes should be aware that Plantur Caffeine can be detected in hair follicles.

If the colour result is more intense than expected, or hair has a slight purple sheen, reduce the amount of time the product is left on the hair, or only use product for every other wash.
