Buscopan Cramps 10 mg is designed to alleviate abdominal cramps and discomfort associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal conditions. It contains an active ingredient called hyoscine butylbromide (10mg) that helps relax the muscles in the stomach and intestines.

Each Buscopan Cramps tablet contains: Hyoscine Butylbromide (10mg)

  • Dosage: For adults and children over 12 years old, the typical dose is 1 or 2 tablets, up to four times daily as needed. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 8 tablets.
  • Administration: Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush them.
  • Duration: Use Buscopan Cramps for the shortest duration required to relieve your symptoms. If your symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare professional.
  • Use as Directed: Use Buscopan Cramps 10 mg tablets strictly according to the prescribed dosage or package instructions. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Allergic Reactions: If you experience any signs of an allergic reaction, such as rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing, discontinue use and seek immediate medical attention.
  • Driving and Machinery: Buscopan may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Avoid operating heavy machinery or driving until you know how this medication affects you.
  • Other Medications: Inform your healthcare provider or pharmacist about all medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and herbal supplements, as they may interact with Buscopan Cramps.
  • Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare professional before using Buscopan Cramps if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
