Usage Instructions:
To get started with using the freeStyle Libre 3 please read the instructions carefully that are provided with the device.
- Step 1 - Download the supporting FreeStyle Libre 3 application. After setting this up the sensor is ready to apply.
- Step 2 - Wash and dry the area of application.
- Step 3 - Unscrew the sensor and apply it to the arm. Follow the application process for a secure and comfortable fit.
- Step 4 - Read the instructions carefully provided and connect the device to the FreeStyle mobile application.
Remember to follow the instructions provided with the device carefully for accurate fitting and set up.
Warnings:
- This device is only suitable for children and adults aged 4+.
- Do not use the System if you are on dialysis or critically ill. The System is not cleared for use in these groups and it is not known how different conditions or medications common to these populations may affect performance of the System.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding please seek advice from your GP before using this device.
- Do not use this device after the expiry date has passed.
