Before use, shake the bottle thoroughly. Use the included measuring cap.

  • Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 10 ml twice daily, approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
  • Children aged 6 to 12: Take 10 ml once daily.
  • Children aged 3 to 5: Take 5 ml once daily.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 4 weeks.

  • Do NOT drink directly from the bottle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Possible side effects include constipation, which can be avoided by drinking plenty of water or juice and increasing dietary fibre intake.
  • If any side effects occur, consult a doctor or call 111.
