Daktarin Intensiv is a cream containing ketoconazole, specifically formulated to treat fungal skin infections such as Athlete’s Foot and Dhobe itch (tinea cruris) in the groyne area. This product effectively relieves itchiness caused by these fungal infections and offers long-lasting protection against Athlete’s Foot.

Athlete’s Foot is a common condition that leads to redness, itchiness, flakiness, and cracking of the skin between the toes, often accompanied by an unpleasant “cheesy” odor. The infection usually results from fungi that thrive in warm, moist conditions, causing them to overgrow.

Active ingredient per 1 g: Ketoconazole 20 mg. Other ingredients: Propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, sorbitan stearate, polysorbate 60, polysorbate 80, isopropyl myristate, sodium sulphite (E221), and purified water.

First, wash the infected area and ensure it is dry, especially between the toes if treating your feet. Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area and surrounding skin.

Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream.

Unless your doctor advises otherwise, apply the cream to the affected area 1-2 times per day.

Do not store above 25℃.

Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.

If you are diabetic or have recently used a cream, ointment, or lotion containing a corticosteroid on your skin infection, consult your doctor before use.

Possible side effects include:

  • Itchiness
  • Redness
  • A burning sensation
  • Rash
  • Pricking sensation
  • Sticky skin
  • Eczema
  • Dryness
  • Hives
  • Bleeding

If you experience a severe allergic reaction such as skin peeling or blistering, seek medical attention immediately.

Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date.
