Usage: For optimal results, use a Breathe Right nasal strip each night after washing your face, but make sure not to wear it for longer than 12 hours each day. 

It's crucial to apply your Breathe Right nasal strip in the best possible location, so make sure to read the patient information leaflet that comes with your nasal strip before use.

Warning: If you are allergic to latex or Breathe Right nasal strips, avoid using. Use with caution on skin that is sensitive, sunburned, or painful. Use for no longer than 12 hours each day. Not recommended for usage in kids under the age of five.
