  • Fill the measuring cap to 10ml and use the wash to rinse the mouth for about a minute.
  • Use 3-4 times a day.
  • For the best results, avoid eating or drinking for an hour after use.
  • It is safe to ingest.

It is not suitable for anyone who is allergic to the ingredients contained in the gel. Any side effect will most likely be an allergic reaction. If you do notice a side effect, then contact your doctor as soon as possible.
