Kalms Night One-a-Night - 21 Tablets

Herbal sleep aid Kalms One-A-Night is used to treat temporary relief of sleep disturbances. This product could help you fall asleep and remain asleep if you face difficulties during the night.

Valerian root, a natural treatment widely used to treat insomnia and helps to promote a natural approach to good sleep.

Usage Instructions:

One additional tablet can be taken earlier during the evening if necessary.

For optimal benefits, take the medication consistently for two to four weeks. The effects may not be felt right away. 

Only take the dosage prescribed by your doctor or follow the instructions on the patient information leaflet.

Ingredients:

Dry extract from Valerian root - 385 mg (Valeriana officinalis L.) (equivalent to 1.54-1.93g of Valerian root)
Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v
Excipients: Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.
Other ingredients are: Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc and Silicon Dioxide. Coating: Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol, Saccharine Sodium.

Warnings:

Do not take Kalms Night One-A-Night if you:

• Are allergic to any of the ingredients (see the patient information leaflet for a complete list of ingredients) 
• Are already taking a medicine to help you sleep 

Taking other medicines:

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including:

• Medicines which make you drowsy 
• Medicines obtained without a prescription 
• If you are under 18

Taking Kalms Night One-A-Night with food and drink: Alcohol may increase the sedative effect. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided whilst taking this medication. 

This product is also not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Kalms Night One-A-Night is used to help you sleep. If you feel the effects of drowsiness: Do not drive, do not operate any tools or machinery.
