Biofreeze is a great option for short term relief of minor aches and pains of muscles, joints, arthritis pain, backache, strains and pains.

Usage Instructions:

Adults and children 12 years and older:

Apply to the affected area not more than 3-4 times daily.

Ingredients:

Active ingredient: Menthol 10.5%. Inactive ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Arctium Lappa Root Extract, Boswellia Carterii Resin Extract, Calendula Officinalis Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Carbomer, Glycerin, Ilex Paraguariensis Leaf Extract, Isopropyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, Melissa Officinalis Leaf Extract, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate, Triethanolamine, Water, Blue 1, Yellow 5.

Warnings:

• Use only as directed.
• External use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
• If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or conditions worsen, discontinue use and seek medical advice. 
• Do not apply to open wounds or broken skin. 
• Do not use it with other ointments, creams, or sprays.
