  • The active ingredient is typically a saline solution designed to soften and lubricate the stool.

  • Ensure the microenema is at room temperature.
  • Remove the protective cap from the nozzle.
  • Lie on your left side with your knees bent and close to your chest.
  • Gently insert the nozzle into the rectum as directed on the packaging.
  • Squeeze the microenema bottle to release the contents fully into the rectum.
  • Remove the nozzle and discard it.
  • Remain lying on your left side for a few minutes to allow the solution to work.
  • You should experience a bowel movement within 5 to 20 minutes.
  • Follow the dosage instructions provided on the packaging or as advised by a healthcare professional.
  • Store the product in a cool, dry place, and keep it out of the reach of children.
  • External Use Only: Relaxit Microenemas are for rectal use only. Do not ingest or use in any other manner.
  • Dosage: Do not exceed the recommended dosage for Relaxit Microenemas. Excessive use can lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalances.
