  • Lie on your side with your lower leg straight and your upper knee bent toward your chest.
  • Gently remove the suppository from its packaging.
  • Lubricate the suppository with a water-soluble lubricant if necessary.
  • Insert the suppository into the rectum using your finger, aiming for about 2 centimetres (1 inch) inside.
  • Remain in the same position for a few minutes to allow the suppository to dissolve and be absorbed.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
  • Use as directed by a healthcare provider or follow the dosing instructions provided with the product.
