Description
Olbas Oil is a blend of pure plant oils for the relief of nasal congestion by inhalation in adults and children aged 5 years and above. When applied to the skin, Olbas Oil also relieves the symptoms of muscular pain and stiffness including:
• backache.
• lumbago.
• fibrositis (pain, stiffness and tenderness of muscles, tendons and joints).
Usage Instructions
Apply lightly to the painful area three times daily.
Do not put drops directly into nose or mouth. If Olbas Oil is accidentally put into the
nose or swallowed, seek immediate medical advice as it can be harmful.
If Olbas Oil comes into direct contact with the surface of the eye, wash thoroughly and
seek immediate medical advice as it can be harmful.
Avoid contact with plastic and other delicate materials.
It is very important to always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
How to open the bottle with the child resistant cap Push down on the cap and turn counter clockwise (to the left), as shown on the right. Then pull the cap off.
Ingredients
Olbas Oil contains the active substances (w/w) Cajuput Oil 18.5%, Clove Oil 0.1%, Eucalyptus Oil 35.45%, Juniper Oil 2.7%, Levomenthol 4.1%, Methyl Salicylate 3.7% and Mint Oil, Partly Dementholised 35.45%.
Warnings
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Possible side effects may include burns at the application site, frequency not known.
