  • Have increased pressure in the eye (narrow-angle glaucoma)
  • Have Reye’s Syndrome

If you have any underlying medical conditions that could interfere with taking Phenergan 25mg for sleep, consult your doctor or pharmacist first.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking Phenergan if you are pregnant—do not take it two weeks prior to birth. Avoid use if breastfeeding, as small amounts may enter breast milk and harm your baby.
