Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets - 6 Tablets

Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets provide comprehensive relief from symptoms of diarrhoea. These tablets combine two powerful ingredients to effectively control diarrhoea and ease associated discomfort. They work by slowing down the movement of the intestines and reducing excess fluid secretion, providing fast and dual-action relief. Usage Instructions:

Tablets should be swallowed with water. 

Adults over 18 years of age: Take 2 tablets initially, followed if required, by 1 tablet after every further loose bowel movement.

Young adults aged 12 to 18 years: Take 1 tablet initially, followed if required, by 1 tablet after every further loose bowel movement.

No more than 4 tablets should be taken per day, for a maximum of 2 days.

If your diarrhoea lasts for more than 48 hours, contact your doctor.

Ingredients: 

Active Ingredient: Each Tablet contains 2mg Loperamide hydrochloride and Simeticone equivalent to 125mg dimeticone

Also contains: Benzyl alcohol and maltodextrin (which contains glucose). Benzyl alcohol may cause allergic reactions – see package leaflet for more information.

Warnings:

• Not suitable for all types of diarrhoea: Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets should not be used for diarrhoea caused by certain infections, such as bacterial or viral infections. It is best to consult a healthcare professional to determine the cause of your diarrhoea and appropriate treatment.
• Not for use in certain medical conditions: If you have a fever, blood in your stools, or if you have recently travelled to a high-risk area for infectious diarrhoea, it is important to seek medical advice before using Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets. Individuals with liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, or certain gastrointestinal conditions should also consult their healthcare professional before using this medication.
• Temporary relief: Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets are designed to provide temporary relief from acute or short-term diarrhoea. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours or worsen, it is important to seek medical advice.
• Dosage and age restrictions: Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets have specific dosages and age restrictions. Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets should not be used in children under 12 years old unless advised by a doctor.
