Fybogel Natural Fibre Orange Sachets provide a convenient source of natural fibre to help maintain a healthy digestive system and relieve constipation. Made with high-quality natural ingredients, Fybogel is gentle on the body and aims to reduce discomfort commonly associated with other laxatives. Available in 30 or 60 sachet packs and in a variety of flavours including orange, lemon, and original. This product will arrive as 2 boxes, each containing 30 sachets.

Each sachet contains 3.5g Ispaghula Husk B.P.

Also contains: Aspartame E951 (sweetener), Saccharin Sodium (sweeteners), Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Polysorbate 80, Silica Colloidal Anhydrous, Citric Acid, Beta-Carotene (E160a), Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate Colouring.

For oral use only.

Fill 150ml of cold water into a glass. Pour in the required dosage. Stir well and drink immediately. It is preferable to consume after a meal.

This product should be taken 30 minutes prior or ahead of taking other medication.

Adults and Children 21+: one sachet in the morning and one sachet in the evening.

Children 6 to 12 years old: ½ to 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, depending on the age and size of the child. Dosage should be prescribed after a meal.

Do NOT use if:

  • Allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
  • Under the age of 6 years old.
  • Should not be used after expiry date.
  • Do not exceed the daily dose.
  • If you suffer from Phenylketonuria.

Consult your local GP or doctor before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If the treatment has not improved symptoms in a course of 7 days please contact your doctor for further advice.
