Fybogel Natural Fibre Lemon Sachets are formulated to help maintain your daily fibre intake and support healthy digestion. Using natural ingredients, Fybogel is designed to treat constipation gently and effectively, reducing discomfort. The product is available in packs of 30 or 60 sachets and offers a choice of lemon, orange, or original flavours.

Each sachet contains 3.5g Ispaghula Husk B.P.

Other ingredients: Aspartame (E951, sweetener), Saccharin Sodium (sweetener), Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Polysorbate 80, Silica Colloidal Anhydrous, Citric Acid, Beta-Carotene (E160a), Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate Colouring.

For oral use only.

Fill 150ml of cold water into a glass. Pour in the required dosage. Stir well and drink immediately. It is preferable to consume after a meal.

Dosage instructions:

  • Adults and Children 12+: One sachet in the morning and one sachet in the evening.
  • Children 6 to 12 years old: ½ to 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening. Dosage depends on age and size, and should be prescribed after a meal.

This product should be taken 30 minutes prior to or after taking other medication.

Do NOT use if:

  • You are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
  • Under the age of 6 years old.
  • The product is past its expiry date.
  • Do not exceed the daily dose.
  • If you suffer from Phenylketonuria.

Consult your local GP or doctor before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days of treatment, consult your doctor for further advice.
