Biotene Dry Mouth Saliva Replacement is a gel designed to relieve symptoms of dry mouth. It provides temporary relief by lubricating and moisturizing the oral cavity.

The active substance is 2,0 g levomenthol per 100 g gel.

The preservatives are 0,18 % m/m methyl hydroxybenzoate and 0,02 % m/m propyl hydroxybenzoate.

The other ingredients are isopropyl alcohol, carbopol, triethanolamine, patent blue, and purified water.

  • The usual dose for adults and children over 6 years of age:
  • always try DEEP FREEZE COLD GEL on a small area first
  • gently massage DEEP FREEZE COLD GEL into the affected area until the gel is completely absorbed into the skin.
  • repeat up to 4 times a day
  • wash hands after use
  • do not cover the skin with bandages, plasters or any other dressings
  • do not use longer than 10 days. If no improvement is seen after 10 days, consult your healthcare professional.
  • If you use more DEEP FREEZE COLD GEL than you should:
  • If you accidentally applied too much gel, use a tissue to wipe off any excess.
  • In the event of overdosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available, contact the nearest hospital or poison control center.
  • Treatment of overdosage is symptomatic and supportive.

External Use: Deep Freeze Cold Gel is for external use only.

Storage: Store the gel in a cool, dry place.
