  2. Hold the toothbrush at a slight angle against the teeth and gums.
  3. Brush gently in a circular motion, covering all tooth surfaces.
  4. Encourage supervised brushing to ensure thorough cleaning.
  5. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use and store upright to air dry.
  • Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if bristles appear worn.
  • Encourage regular dental check-ups and guidance from a dentist.
  • Make brushing enjoyable and a part of the daily routine for oral hygiene.
