  • Dosage: For adults and children over 12 years old, the usual dose is one suppository (10mg) inserted into the rectum. Consult your healthcare provider for specific dosing instructions.
  • Administration: Remove the suppository from its foil packaging and moisten it with water. Gently insert the suppository into the rectum, pointed end first. Lie down on your side for a few minutes to allow the suppository to dissolve and take effect.
  • Duration: The effect of the suppository usually occurs within 15 to 60 minutes. A bowel movement should be expected within this time frame.
