Lamisil AT 1% Cream is a topical antifungal medication available in a 15g tube. It is specially formulated to treat a variety of fungal skin infections, such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm. The active ingredient, terbinafine hydrochloride, acts by inhibiting the growth of fungus. This cream offers rapid absorption, making it easy to apply while providing effective relief from itching, burning, and discomfort associated with fungal infections.

Active ingredient: terbinafine hydrochloride 1% w/w.

Please refer to patient information leaflet.
  • Clean and dry the affected area: Before applying the cream, ensure the skin is clean and dry. Wash gently with mild soap and water, then pat dry.
  • Squeeze a small amount: Dispense a pea-sized amount of Lamisil AT cream onto your fingertip, sufficient to cover a small area.
  • Apply the cream: Gently rub the cream onto the affected and surrounding skin using a thin, even layer.
  • Massage the cream in: Use your fingertips to massage until the cream is absorbed. Avoid rubbing too vigorously.
  • Wash your hands: Clean your hands thoroughly after application to remove any residue.
  • Use as directed: Apply Lamisil AT cream once or twice daily as recommended, depending on infection severity. Continue use for the full recommended duration, even if symptoms improve earlier.
  • Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes: Do not allow the cream to come into contact with eyes, nose, mouth, or other sensitive areas. Rinse thoroughly with water if this occurs.
  • For external use only: Intended for skin application only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes. Rinse thoroughly with water if accidental contact occurs.
  • Allergic reactions: Some individuals may be hypersensitive or allergic to terbinafine or other ingredients in the cream. Discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
  • Consult a healthcare professional: If pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from underlying medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Age restrictions: Generally safe for adults and children 16 years and older. Consult a healthcare professional before use in children under 16.
  • Possible skin reactions: Some users may experience irritation, redness, or burning at the application site. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen.
  • Interaction with other medications: Inform your healthcare professional of any other medications or supplements you are using to avoid possible drug interactions.
  • Treatment duration: Follow the recommended treatment duration. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms do not improve or worsen.
  • Keep out of reach of children: Store the cream safely to prevent accidental ingestion.
  • Carefully read the product label and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or questions about using Lamisil AT 1% Cream.
