Dissolve one O.R.S Hydration Tablet in 200ml of drinking water. Stir the solution until the tablet is fully dissolved.

  • Adults and children over 6 years of age: Take the solution as needed to combat dehydration.
  • Children under 6 years of age: Give diluted O.R.S solution under medical supervision.

If symptoms of dehydration persist, seek medical attention.

  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
  • O.R.S Hydration Tablets are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before using if you have any underlying medical conditions or are on medication.
