Delivery
Our team are continuing to work hard to ensure you can get your medication and essentials when you need them.
Standard Delivery:
- Free for all orders over £30
- Orders placed before 12pm Mon–Sat will be dispatched the same day
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days
Express Delivery:
- Orders placed before 12pm Mon–Sat will be dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12pm, or on a Sunday, bank holiday etc., will be dispatched the next working day
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days
- This is a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service
Next Day Delivery:
- Orders placed before 12pm Mon–Fri will be dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12pm, or on a weekend, bank holiday etc., will be dispatched the next working day
- All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail the day after dispatching (except weekends and bank holidays)
Delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands may take a day more than stated in each delivery option.
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
